About the project
Lancés le 19 mars 2026 par le CICR et la REGIDESO, les travaux réhabilitent le canal de captage de la Mulongwe qui alimente l’usine d’eau d’Uvira : un mur de 16 m de long et 4,60 m de haut, un canal d’amenée de 30 m et un ouvrage de retenue de 10 m. Le CICR fournit les matériaux et paie la main-d’œuvre ; la REGIDESO gère le personnel et le stock. Durée annoncée : 60 jours. L’achèvement n’a pas encore été publié.
