What is public

Ratings, published gaps and their evidence, recommendations and the official responses of institutions and of the government are public. Responses are signed by the institution, never by a person.

What stays private

  • The accounts of assessors and of the focal points of institutions and of the government (name, e-mail, phone).
  • « Become an assessor » applications, reviewed by CERC and never published.
  • Gap drafts under legal review.
  • Persons consulted for an assessment who asked to remain anonymous.

Named persons

GovCheck does not publish allegations against a person without a court decision or a reliable public source, and without prior legal review.
